What helps most
- Both addresses, including the floor at each end and whether there is a lift
- Whether there is a lower ground, a loft conversion or a pavement vault
- If it is a mansion block: which block, and whether the goods lift needs booking
- Anything old, heavy or fragile — veneer, marble, gilt, mirrors, framed work, a piano
- How much packing you want done, and whether you need storage between places
- Your date, even if it is still provisional — we will check it against the fixture list
What happens next
We read it, come back to arrange a survey, and quote in writing afterwards. If the staircase, the parking, a lift booking or a home fixture looks like a problem, you will hear it from us before the day.
