Where we work across SW6

Fulham in full, and the boundary roads either side. Four areas have pages of their own, and where a patch belongs to a sibling site we say so.

01

Parsons Green and the Peterborough estate

SW6

The grid of wide Victorian terraces between Parsons Green and the New Kings Road. Uniform from the pavement and varied inside: four floors standard, a lower ground common, a loft conversion frequent. The carriageway width is the advantage — broad enough for a vehicle to stand without blocking the road.

02

The riverside and Hurlingham

SW6

Two quite different propositions on one stretch: substantial period houses towards Hurlingham and Bishops Park with the largest loads on the patch, and newer apartment development along Fulham Reach with loading bays, goods lifts and a concierge.

03

Munster Village and the west

SW6

The narrower Munster grid, a higher conversion rate than the east, and Fulham Palace Road running through with loading restrictions and flats above the shops. Tighter standing and more reliance on arriving before the road fills.

  • Normand Park
  • Baron's Court edge
04

Sands End and Imperial Wharf

SW6

The most mixed corner: Victorian terraces around the Wandsworth Bridge Road, ex-industrial conversion, and a great deal of new apartment development around Imperial Wharf with proper loading arrangements. Closest to Stamford Bridge, so match days are felt most here.

Area pages

The four we write about

Because the job genuinely differs — a wide Peterborough street and a narrow Munster one are materially different days at the same volume.

Beyond the area

Hammersmith has its own coverage on our network and we do not poach it; Chelsea, Putney, West Brompton and Baron's Court are other patches and we work up to them rather than through them. For a move that is genuinely London-wide rather than SW6-shaped, our pan-London sister sites cover the whole city and are the better fit. Beyond London we move people out of Fulham constantly — west along the M4, south to the coast, north for work, and abroad.

Is your street on the list?

Send both addresses and a sense of what is coming. We survey — at the property or by video — then put a clear quote in writing, with what is included and what would change it.
